From the time an order is received, our brokers and dispatchers have immediate access to an on-line interactive database of available carriers and equipment to match with our customers' needs. 

For our carriers, we provide an available loads database that we can distribute via phone, or e-mail. 

We track a load from the time the order is taken until the load is delivered.

Our brokers' real value added is continuous access provided from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.
